CSA Expansive Agent

CSA expansive agent is always mixed with ordinary cement. When mixed in the proper proportions with ordinary cement and hydrated, cement mortar or concrete expands during the early stages of hydration. It stands out for low alkalinity and low dosage. The normal dosage of High-efficiency CSA Expansive Agent is 6-8% by the weight of ordinary cement.

Performance Characteristics:

1.Low alkali content: This product is made from clinker whose main minerals are anhydrous calcium sulfoaluminate and calcium oxide, mixed with an appropriate amount of gypsum. It does not contain natural alum or calcined alum, so it has a low alkali content (R₂O ≤ 0.3%) and will not cause any harm to the aggregate.

2.Short expansion stabilization period: Generally, there is no significant expansion after 14 days, which has no adverse effect on the later strength of the aggregate.

3.Strong expansion capacity: This product can achieve a satisfactory expansion effect at a low dosage (6%~8%).

4.Low dosage: Its dosage is 25%~50% lower than that of the main expansion agents currently sold in the domestic market. Under the condition of achieving similar expansion effects, the dosage of high-efficiency CSA expansion agent is lower. Low dosage is an effective guarantee for reducing the project cost of expansive concrete.
